Boats have been available for hire at Bobbin Head since the 1890's. Hiring a boat is a great way to explore Ku-ring-gai Chase from the water.
There are dozens of inlets and hideaways between Bobbin Head and Cottage Point and Smith's Creek is a must see with stunning scenery, great fishing spots and sheltered inlets.
Empire Marinas small boat hire fleet are available for hire from 8am to 4pm every day except Christmas Day. Fuel and life jackets are provided in the hire fee and every boat has a sun canopy for your comfort. Each hire boat carries up to 6 passengers.

If you wish to fish, you will have to hold a valid NSW Recreational Fishing License. The licenses are available from the DPI by calling 1300 369 365
